Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of postalpath.com and the PostalPath member dashboard (together, the “Service”), operated by PostalPath (“PostalPath,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. We are independent from USPS

PostalPath is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Postal Service. Applying for USPS jobs is free at usps.com. We don’t hire for USPS, can’t influence hiring decisions, and don’t sell jobs, exam slots or application access. USPS jobs and exams are free to apply for at usps.com.

2. What you’re buying

A one-time payment of $67 gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the PostalPath dashboard, including practice exams, guides, application walkthroughs and weekly job-search reminders, for as long as we operate the Service. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

3. No guarantee of a score or a job

PostalPath helps you prepare. Your exam score and any hiring decision depend on you and on the hiring agency. We don’t promise any particular score, interview, job offer or start date. Job listings and pay figures we show come from public sources and may change; always confirm details on the official posting.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, pass or not.

5. Your account

  • Keep your login link and email account secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
  • Accounts are for one person. Sharing, reselling or redistributing PostalPath content isn’t allowed.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, scrape content, or use it unlawfully.

6. Hired Reward

If you buy PostalPath and are later hired for a postal job, you can claim a $100 gift card by submitting a photo (for example, with your offer letter or in uniform) through your dashboard. One reward per customer. You must have purchased before being hired, and the account must not have been refunded. We may ask for reasonable verification and may decline claims that appear fraudulent. By submitting, you give PostalPath permission to use your photo, first name and story in our website and advertising, and we’ll disclose that you received a gift card. You can ask us to stop using your submission at any time. Void where prohibited.

7. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated texts from PostalPath, such as job posting alerts, reminders and offers. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help, or contact us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Content and intellectual property

All PostalPath guides, practice questions, software and designs are owned by PostalPath and protected by copyright. Practice questions are original material written to reflect the format of the real assessments; they are not actual USPS exam questions.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostalPath isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.
